UPDATED REVIEW: THIS SELLER REACHED OUT TO ME AFTER MY FIRST REVIEW. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND ALLOWED ME TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT STYLE BAG THAT THEY COULD APPLY LARGER EMBROIDERY LETTERING ON. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET MY SAME COLOR, BUT I RECEIVED A VERY NICE QUALITY AND LARGER SIZE BAG WITH LETTERING THAT STOOD OUT A LOT MORE. OFTEN TIMES YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM AMAZON SELLERS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND YOU ARE LEFT WITH A PRODUCT THAT YOU DO NOT WANT WITHOUT ANY FORM OF REIMBURSEMENT. WELL THIS COMPANY CARES. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY SON’S NEW BAG IS BLACK AND GREY.Be careful and check the size of your bag before purchasing! I did not do that and if I compare the duffel bag that I was replacing with this one, it is super small in comparison for the same price! It almost looks like it’s a duffel bag for a child. The quality is not bad but the size of the bag is for the most part useless. The font was stitched nicely but almost microscopically small in comparison to how the font looks on my previous bag and others. There really isn’t any point in paying money to have something customized if it doesn’t catch your eye upon first glance!!!! When you do a preview of your bag after the customization process, it looks as if the font is at least 4 inches tall and 4 inches wide. What a joke. I feel like I’ve been ripped off :-( I am not impressed at all.
